You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Know that Cousinproud Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.

We will email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
