You talk to an independent provider in our network. That provider runs their own business and does the concrete work. Cousinproud Concrete makes the introduction and then steps back. We do not share staff names because there is no crew to meet here.

What Happens After You Reach Out

You share your town, your project type and a few details. We connect you with a provider who works in your area. The provider may ask about size, slope, access and what is there now. Many providers can respond quickly, though availability varies. Next comes a site visit and a written quote.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

Keep a short list handy. Write down the answers so you can compare bids side by side.

• What base material and thickness do you plan for my soil and frost depth?
• How will water drain away from the house?
• Where will the control joints go, and why?
• Is rebar or mesh included?
• What finish or sealer do you suggest for winter salt?
• Which permits are needed, and who pulls them?
• Can I see your license and proof of insurance?
• What does the written quote cover, and how are changes handled?

Check the Site Together

Walk the yard with the provider. Point out soft spots, low corners and downspouts. If a sump pump line runs nearby, mention it. If you worry about a settling foundation, say so. Some jobs call for foundation repair experts before any new slab is poured.

You Are in Control

You choose whether to book. You can ask for more than one quote. You can say no. Typical costs vary by job size, soil and finish, so get the price in writing before work begins.
